Bio

As an internationally certified NASM trainer, a Stick Mobility Specialist, and a Tang Soo Do Black Belt, my fitness journey began at just 8 years old when my dad introduced me to weight training. Challenges in life have never deterred me, and I'm living proof that age and adversity can't stop you from achieving your fitness goals.

Why I got started

Fitness has always been part of my life, inspired by my dad who, even in his 80s, continues to lift weights. However, I temporarily drifted away from fitness and an active lifestyle when my kids came into the picture. A decade ago, I made a determined return to health, encouraged by a close friend. My mission was to delve deep into understanding body functions, aging-related aches, and weight challenges. I aimed to uncover ways to combat body insecurities and bolster confidence.As a trainer, my goal is to guide others on their unique journeys, assuring them that nothing is insurmountable when you set your mind to it. 'Our minds fail us before our body does' is a belief I hold close to my heart.
