Why I got started

Growing up, I was never the athletic type—skinny, weak, and far from being a sports person. But over time, I found weight training, thanks to some friends who introduced me to it. That journey sparked my growth, both physically and mentally. Along the way, I’ve learned invaluable lessons from some amazing trainers who not only shaped my coaching style but also helped me better understand my own potential.
