Movement Dynamics recently partnered with the EU in Malaysia for "Hoops for Reefs," an event aimed at promoting sustainable practices for coral reef preservation. Held at Sunway Giza, our role was to manage the kids' fitness segment, organizing games and competitions that were both fun and educational. The event highlighted the importance of coral conservation while engaging the community through fitness activities. This collaboration reflects our commitment to combining health and environmental awareness, inspiring future generations to take care of their bodies and the planet.

How a Remote Corporate Wellness Program Helped Daihatsu Employees Lose 150 kg in 12 Weeks

When Daihatsu looked for ways to improve employee health and productivity, we introduced a remote corporate wellness program that worked for everyone, no matter where they were. Our approach included an online corporate wellness challenge focused on realistic goals and simple methods. In just 12 weeks, 50 of Daihatsu’s employees took part in this employee fat loss challenge, and together they achieved a combined weight loss of 150 kg—an average of 3 kg per person.
